Unlock a Customer Account
ORDER MANAGEMENT > CUSTOMER > ACCOUNTS
You can unlock a Customer Account by using the Unlock button from the Account tab in the Customer Details Panel.
A Customer Account can be unlocked in the following ways:

After the Lock down duration has been reached, the customer account is automatically unlocked. |

Clicking the Unlock button immediately unlocks the customer account. |
|
•
|
When the Reset Password button is pressed and one of the following is done: |
|
•
|
Reset Password email is issued. |
|
•
|
OPTIONAL: Resetting a Customer Password manually in the Orchestration Console. |
Typically an account becomes locked after a
specified number of login attempts or password resets have occurred in a specified period of time. For more information, see Manage Customer Configurations.
If you think that this locked Customer Account might indicate that there has been a breach of security, follow your organizations procedures for reporting a Security Incident.

Use the Scope Selector to select the relevant scope. |

2.

In the Navigation panel, select Customers. |
|
3.
|
Use the Customers Filter to filter the customers listing. |
|
4.
|
Double-click the customer that you want. |
|
5.
|
Click Edit. |
|
6.
|
Click the Account tab. |
|
7.
|
Click the Unlock button. |
|
8.
|
Unlock the User Account. Choose from either YES or NO. |
The Customer Account is now unlocked.
